Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase or delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including In-Ear Headphones and On/Over-Ear Headphones .
Additional non-returnable items:
- Clearance/final sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note there is a 5% restocking fee for returns for all reasons except item received defective or wrong.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at celltech.e@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, final sale items or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at celltech.e@gmail.com and send your item to: 450 Matheson Blvd E #40, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1R5, Canada.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping: To return your product, you should mail it to 450 Matheson Blvd E #40, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1R5, Canada. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item except if we sent a wrong/defective product . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancel Order
If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 3% restocking fee will apply. This is a non-refundable transaction fee. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
If we receive the unclaimed order back, a 3% restocking fee will be applied. This is a non-refundable transaction fee. Additionally, the cost of sending and return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
